• • RESOLUTION N0. 734 WHEREAS, the City of Paris and the Civil Aeronautics Administr.ation have heretofore entered into a contract with M. D. M.isso, known as Project No. 9-41-149-5701, whereby under the terms of such contract the buildi.ng now located on Cox Field, known as the Administration Buildings T-139„ is to become the property of the contractor; and, WHEREAS, another building, known as Housing, 14aster Control, 1'-1429 is to become the property of the contractor under the above contract; and, WHEREASt a certain well house, T-157, according to the terms of the contract is to be destroyed and replaced; and, WHEREAS, for several years the City of Paris has been in possession of a~ Ton International Truck, that is now of no use or value; NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF lARIS, That in order to clear the records of the City of Paris and relieveit from any individual liability with reference to the four items above mentioned, the City h4anager is hereby authorized and directed to procure from the Civil Aeronautics Administration the authority to deliver the bui].dings afore- said to the contractor, to tear down and rebuild the well house, and to dispose of the 22 Ton International Truck.
