~ RESOLUTION N0. 691 . WHEAEAS, The City of Paris has heretofore authorized certain im- piovements to be made at Cox Field; and, WHEREAS, said improvementswere to be made 1Aeronauticson and in cooperation with the Department of Commerce, Civil Administration, of the United States of America; and, WHEREAS, the Department of Commerce, Civil Aeronautics Administration, requires the execution of a certain written application, the same being their Form ACA-1624 (5-49); and, WHEREAS, the information, representations, assurances, and agree- ment called for in said project application have been examined by the City Council of the City of Paris; and, WHEREAS, the Department of Commerce, Civil Aeronautics Administration, require the execution of such project application information, representations, assurances, and agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ProlvedTEand, That said project application be, and the same is hereby app , the Mayor of the City of Paris, James R. Gill, is hereby authorized and directed to execute such project application for and on behalf of the City of Paris, and the City Manager and the City Engineer are directed to furnish the Civil Aeronautics Administration with the necessary copies of such application.
