• 0 <br />RESOLUTION N0. b?$ . <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering Firm of Forrest and Cotton, <br />who are the Engineering Representatives of the City of Paris <br />in its Water and Sewer Improvement Program, have submitted <br />plans and specifications on the 24", 2011, and 1$" distribu- <br />tion line from the Booster Station to Kaufman Street, being <br />Project No. $03-t-57, and have been submitted by said <br />Engineering Firm to the City Council of the City of Paris; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the same have been examined by the City <br />Manager and the City Engineer of the City of Paris, and have <br />further been examined by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the plans and specifications as submitted be <br />approved, and that the City Manager be authorized and in- <br />structed to advertise for bids on said project, the same to <br />be received at 7:00 otclc~ .ck P. M. in the Council Room of the <br />City of Paris on March 1A. D., 1957• <br />Passed and adopted this llth day of February, A.
