. • <br />RESOLUTION N0. 660 . <br />WHEREAS, Thomas S. Justiss has been a member of t;he <br />Board of the Paris Public Library for many years; and, <br />WHEREAS, he has served well and has been a faithf'ul <br />and valuable member of said Board; and, <br />WHEREAS, he has signified his intention to resign. <br />and submitted his resignation from said Board; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESpLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That said resignation be accepted, and that the City <br />Council of the City of Paris hereby expresses its thanks and <br />appreciation of the services of Mr. Justiss and expresses its <br />regrets that he is unable to continue longer as a member iDf <br />the Board. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Miss Mary Fenet be, and <br />she is hereby appointed to fill the vacancy on the Board of <br />the Paris Public Library left by the resignation of Mr. <br />Justiss. <br />1956 Passed and adopted this 6th day of December, A.
