• • <br />RESOLtTTION A10. <br />WHEBEAS, there exi.sts avacancy of the Chairman of <br />the Executive Committee of the City-County Civil Defensa <br />and Disaster Commission; and, <br />WHEREAS, 8ev. ftobert S. Richardson, dimmy Guthrie, <br />and Col. James M. Caviness were appointed by the City <br />Council on Noeember 14, 1955 to serve as members of the <br />Executive Committee of said Commission, aad whose terms <br />will expire on November 14, 1956; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City <br />Couacil of the City of Paris that J. D. McLaughlin be <br />appointed to serve as Chairman of the Executive Committee <br />of the City-Countp Civil Defense and Disaster Commission <br />for a term of two (2) years, and that said Rev. Robert S. <br />Richardson, Jimmy Guthrie, and Col. James M. Caviness be <br />appointed to serve as members of such Executive Committee <br />for a term of two (2) years; NOW, THEREFOftE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />That J. D. MeLaughlin be, and he is herebp appointed <br />to serve as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the City- <br />County Civil Defense and Disaster Commission for a term of <br />two (2) pears from this date, and that the Rev. 8obert S. <br />Richardson, Jimmy Guthrie, and Col. dames M. Caviness be, <br />and they are hereby appointed to serve as members of said <br />Executive Committee for a term of two (2) pears, beginning <br />November 14, 1956, <br />Passed and adopted bq the Citp Council of the City <br />of Paris in regular session convened on this 12th dap of <br />November, A.
