0 ! <br />RESOLUTIOft N0. 3 • <br />WHEREAS, The City of Paris has heretofore requested <br />from The Texas and Pacific ftailway Company an agreement or <br />easement for right-of-way and authority to install and <br />maintain an eight inch cast iron water line across and <br />under the tracks and right-of-way of said railway, located <br />at Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being at Railway Chaining <br />Station 4$19/00, Mile Post A-91.27, Main Line, Eastern (Old <br />Denton) Division, said line crossing said railwap tracks and <br />right-of-way on 3rd Street, S. W., in the City of Paris, <br />Texas; and, <br />WHEREAS, The Texas and Pacific Railway Company has <br />submitted to the City of Paris, Pipe Line Agreement, Lease <br />No. 196$2, granting such right to the City of Paris to con- <br />struct and maintain said eight inch water line; and, <br />WHEREAS, the said Texas and Pacific Railway Company <br />has requested the City of Paris to enter into written <br />lease and/or pipe line agreement with reference to the same; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, said agreement and the condit ions therein <br />contained have been approved by the City Engineer; and, <br />WHEREAS, said lease has been approved as a form by <br />the Citp Attorney of the Citp of Paris; NOW,`PHEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'TY OF <br />PAftIS: <br />That the City of Paris enter into said Pipe Line <br />Agreement with The Texas and Pacific Railway Company and <br />that the Mapor of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to sign said agreement for and on <br />behalf of the City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of November, A.
