• , <br />RESOLUTION N0. <7. <br />WHEAEAS, heretofore, Will H. Lightfoot 8 Associates have been <br />employed by the City Council of the City of Paris to furnish preliminary <br />architectural sketches of a proposed airport terminal building at Cox <br />Field for the City of Paris; and <br />WHERF.AS, said preliminary sketches have been submitted, andthe <br />City Council of the City of Paris has decided to erect such airport <br />terminal building at Cox Field; ands <br />WHEFtEAS, it is necessary to employ architects to furnish and <br />provide detailed plans and specificativns for the proposed airport <br />terminal building; and, <br />WHEREAS, Will H. Lightfoot & Associates, Architectsp have agreed <br />to contract their services to furnish and provide detailed plans and <br />specifications for said proposed airport terminal building; NOYV, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVID BY THE CITY (DUIdICIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />That the Architects, Will H. Lightfoot 8 Associatess be emplayed <br />to furnish and provide detailed plans and specifications for the proposed <br />airport terminal building at the customary architectural fee of six per <br />cent (6%) of the contract price for such lauilding. <br />That whatever araaOnts heretofore paid to Will H. Lightfoot 8 <br />Associates pursuant to the contract between the City of Paiis and Will H. <br />Lightfoots dated March 22, 1956, which was a contract to furaish prelimi- <br />nary architectural sketches of the proposed airport texminal building at <br />Cox Field, be deducted from the six per cent (6%) fee above mentioned. <br />That the City Manager, Albert K. Steinheimer, beg and he is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a written contract for and on behalf of <br />the City of Paris with Will H. Lightfoot & Associates in accordance with <br />the contents of this resolution. <br />i <br />Passed and adopted this Ffday of September, A.
