~ • RESOLUTION N0. 631 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CpUNCIL OF THE CITY UF PARISs That Mayor James R. Gill be given authority to sign easemen-t and rightrof-way on City of Paris, Texas, property for the purpose af allowing the Texas Power 8 Light Company to install five poles and three guys at or near the locations and along the general course now located and staked out by said Company over, across and upon the following described lands located in Lamar County, Texas, to-wit: Beginning at a Texas Power 8, Light Company•s distribution angle pole and attached guys at survey station 0 plus 00. Said pole being iocated 1 ft., more or less, in an easterly direction and 1 ft., more or less, in a northerly direction from a southwest corner of the above described property. Thence in an easterly direction for a distance of 190 ft.~ more or less, to a Texas Power 8, Light Company's distri- bution angle pole and attached guys at survey station 1 plus 90. One guy to extend in an easterly direction for a distaqce of 30 ft., more or less, to a Texas Power & Light Company*s guy anchorage. The other guy to extend in a southerly direction for a distance of 30 ft., more or less, to a Texas Power 8, Light Company's guy anchorage. Said pole to be located 190 ft., more or less, in an easterly direction and 27 ft., more or bss, in a northerly direction from a southwest carner of the above described property. Beginning again at said distribution angle pole and attached guys at survey station 1 plus 90; Thence in a northerly direction for a distance of 541 ft., more or less, to a Texas Power & Light Company*s distribution angle pole and attached guy at survey station 7 plus 31. Said guy to extend in the same northerly direction for a distance of 30 ft., more or less, to a Texas Power 8, Light Company's guy anchorage. Said pole to be located 568 ft., more or less, in a northerly direction and 310 ft., more or less, in an easterly direction from a southwest corner of the above de- scribed property. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris iri special session convened at the City Hall on this 16th day of July, 1956. ATTEST: City Clerk.
