THENCE along the south boundary line of Loop Hwy. 286 as follows: South 89o49'04'' West a distance of 67.84 feet to a capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) at centerline Sta. 189+56.9; North 50o51'39'' West a distance of 39.58 feet to a capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for corner; THENCE South 17o33'04'' West a distance of 35.14 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.0281 acres of land, or 1224.04 sq. ft. of land.
