MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P . <br />Director of Engng, Planning and Development <br />DATE: August 31, 2012 <br />SUBJECT: Farris 235-A Addition Final Plat <br />I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br />1. Provide and label the Street and Right-of-Way (ROW) width for Henderson St. <br />2. Clarify the limits of the 100-year floodplain and top of south creek bank, <br />3. Label the boundaries of the existing drainage easement, add additional drainage easement <br />to encompass all of the 100-year floodplain. <br />4. Provide the bench mark information used to determine the elevations. <br />5. The title is wrong on the drawing, it should be 235-A. <br />6. Insert the Acceptance language provided in place of the one on the drawing. <br />7. The drawing and last paragraph of the field notes have a bearing that does not match. <br />8. The Owner's Certificate item #3 lists the City of Reno, change to City of Paris. <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with <br />signatures of the surveyor and owner prior to noon on September 7, 2012. <br />cc: John Godwin, City Manager <br />Wendell J.
