The estimates are made <br />on the basis of the plans and proceedings for the improvements of said <br />streets, whirh estimates of cost of such impraver:ients are as follotivs, <br />t o-wit ; <br />(1) On ;,'est T':ashinaton Street froin the West boundary line <br />of 7th Street Southwest, west to a point 780 feet west of such 0lest <br />! boundary lin.e of 7th Street Southwest, which is designa.ted as Unit No. <br />; 1 in such series of proposed street improvement. The estimated cost of <br />' such impravements is 19185.00 the estimted amount per front <br />; foot to be assessed a,-,alns a utTin` property and the otiTners thereof is <br />$ 1.50 . <br />!
