' <br />yVHgtEAS, an election was held by the aualified voters of the City <br />' of Paris on the 7th day of April, 1953, for the purpose oP voting upon <br />candidates for and election of three Councilmen-at-Iar~re as members of the <br />City Council of the City of Psris for the ensuinr- two years; and, <br />VIHEFEAS, as required by law and as directed and provided by the <br />' Charter and Ordinancea of the City of Paris, such electiont~~ °sndoneed and <br />held e~t four (4) specified and designated pblling plc~ces, , <br />' polling place in each of the four Wards of said City; and, <br />17TiEREAS, seal returns on said election by the duly appointed <br />and designated election officiels of the four respective voting, boxes have <br />been duly made to the Myaduecand deliberate review andf canvassi.,~, thereofa ' <br />' b,y law, which returns, after <br />shaw the following results of said election, to-wit: <br />Y1ARD ONE (1) : <br />A total nt?nber of votes vrere c~st, of which John I.
