• <br />RESOLUTION N0. 530' <br />WHEREAS, Fry Lwnber Company has heretofore and is now operating a <br />Lumber Yard on its premises at the intersection of Kaufman Street and ;30th <br />St., S.W. in the City of Paris, which premises are located within a <br />"residential aree", as that term is defined in the Zor.ing Ordinances of' <br />the said City of Paris, and which use constitutes a"non-conforming use;", <br />within the meaning of Section 7 of Ordinance Ido. 1122; and., <br />WHER.EAS, the a•rners and operators of said business have made ap- <br />plication fo r a spe cial exception to the regulations of said Ordina nce <br />No. 1122 and have appealed to the City Council frcm the decision of the <br />Building Inspector by virtue of his refusal to grant a permit for the <br />construction of such enlarged and extended building facilities; arri, <br />W:EREAS, public notice of public he arir.g on such appeal at the <br />present meeting of tY:is Council ha.s been duly given; and, <br />WEiEREA:'), it apnears that such application is an application for a <br />pe rmit for t he co nstruction of a one story, frame building, 281 x 321 in <br />dimension, which is in the nature of an extension of the preserrt non-confozming <br />use of such premises; and it f.irther appearing to the Council, and the Council <br />being of the opinion tha.t public convenience and welfare will not be su'b- <br />stantially or permanently injured by such extension of non-conforming u;se, <br />such application and appeal of said aoplicant is granted ar:d approved aind <br />the Buildir.g Inspector is authorized and directed to issue a permit for the <br />same ut)cn pay:aent of the required application fees. <br />Adopted this 8th day of December, 1952. <br />!1TTEST: <br />City Cle rlc <br />~a++r.:~rb-'~- <br />A;~O~Y' 0 <br />
