571 RES BY RES ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 8 1954 CITY COUNCIL ORDERED PUBLIC HEARING

• • RESOLUTION N0. 571 . WHEREAS, heretofore, by resolution adopted on November 89 1954, the City Council ordered a public hearing to be held before the Council at 700 P. M., December 130 1954t for the purpose of considering the petition of B. W. Bray for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Paris so as to change from a"Residential District" to a"Commercial District" the zoning designation of his property located at the South West Corner of the intersection of 24th S. E. and Clarksville Streets in the City of Paris, then and there ordering and directing that notice of such hearing be pub- lished in the official newspaper of the City of Paris, as required by law, and further referred such petition to the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for its consideration and recommendations; and, WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Paris has reported to the City Council that public hearing on such petition was held by said Commission on the 7th day of December, 19549 at which time such public hearing was by such Commission continued for fvrther public hearing and consideration on January '3, 19559 and said Commission has requested this Council to continue and pass over final action on such petition until some date later than said date of January 3, 1955; NOW TI-EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That such public hearing of the above mentioned petition of the said E. W. Brayg be, and the same is herebyg continued for further hearing at the next regular meeting of this Council to be held on January 10, 1955. Passed and adopted this 13th day of December, 1954.
