LESSEE agrees not to fuel or defuel any aircraft parked inside any hangar. LESSEE agrees <br />to have a sufficient number of fire extinguishers of acceptable size as determined by the local fire <br />marshal inside any hangar/office. Such fire extinguisher(s) shall be readily accessible in the event of <br />a fire. The local fire marshal or his designated representative reserves the right to periodically inspect <br />such fire extinguishers and the facility for fire safety compliance. <br /> <br /> LESSEE agrees that it will not operate any nonaviation-related business or activity on the <br />leased premises. <br /> <br /> LESSEE agrees that, during the final one hundred eighty (180) days of the term hereof, <br />LES SOR and LES SOR's authorized representatives shall have the right to erect and maintain on or <br />about the leased premises customary signs advertising the leased premises for lease or for sale. <br /> <br /> 14. That LESSEE agrees at all times to comply with the following: (1) LESSEE shall at <br />no time use, or permit the use of, the leased premises in a manner that is contrary to applicable <br />federal, state, or local laws, ordinances, rules, or regulations, which shall include, but not be limited <br />to, applicable Federal Aviation Administration rules and regulations and applicable regulations for <br />the use of the Airport as may from time to time be promulgated by the LESSOR; (2) LESSEE shall <br />not permit any permanent, unshielded light or illumination source to cause glare as viewed from any <br />street, adjacent properties, or operating aircraft; (3) LESSEE shall not cause or permit the burial on <br />the leased premises of any hazardous waste or materials, as defined by Federal or State law; (4) <br />LESSEE shall not cause or permit any use or activity on the leased premises which would create a <br />hazardous condition for aircraft operating at the Airport; (5) LESSEE shall not allow the leased <br />premises to be used for parking of motor vehicles, motorcycles, or motor driven equipment by anyone <br />other than customers, employees, or contractors of LESSEE except as may be authorized by the <br /> <br />Master Lease Agreement - page 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
