D. Latimer• Said poi.nt being 35 ft., more or less, in a xesterly dirdction from a southeast property corner of the City of Paris property. Thence in a northerly direction 3951 ft., more or less, to a Teatas Power & Li.ght Companyta distribution angle pole and attached guy Thence in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 1193 ft., more or less., to a Texas Power & Light Company's distribution aaigle pole and attached guy. Thenee in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 2659, more or less, to a Texas Power & Light Company's distribution angle pole and attached guys. Thence in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 1928 ft., more or less, to a Texas Power & Light Company's distribution angle pole and attached guy. Tnence in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 454 ft., more or less, to a Texas Power & Light Company's distribution angle pole and attached guy. Thence in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 55 ft., more or less, to a Texas Power Light Companyts distribution angle pole. Thence in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 14 ft.2 moY'e or less$ to a Texas Power & Light Comoany's distribution angle pole. T hese two poles being located 14 ft, apart and together comQriaing what ia knowm as a txo pole industrial substation structures wh3 ch in part will be a conerets slab foundation and a suitable fence en- closure. Thence in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 37 ft., more or less, to a Texas Power & Light Company's distributinn angle pole• Thence in a northerly direction for a distance of 467 ft., more or less, to another Texas Power & Light Company+s dis- tribution pole. Said pole to be located 3550 ft., more or less., in a southerly direction and 600 ft., more or less, in a xesterly direction from a northeast property corner of the above deacribed property.
