Fiicks, City Engi.neer, from actual survey made on the ground on the lst daq of May, 19431, and authorizing the Yiling of the said plat of said subdivision in the oYfice of the City Secretary of the City of Paris and in the ofYice of the County Clerk of Lataar County, Texas, and DECLARIIJG AN ENEIGFNCY. BT IT RESOLVED BY TFE CITY CaUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF PARI,S that the subdivision within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Teaes, knovon as Baker Heights Addition to the City of Paris, Iamar County, Teaes, as shown by plat representing said subdivision as determined by W.F. Aicks, City Engineer, from actual survey made on the ground on the lst day of May, 191+3, be, and the same is hereby, approved by the City Council of the City of Paris, and that the filing of sai@ plat of said subdivision for record in the office of the City Secretary of the City of Paris and in the office of the County Clerk of Lamar Goun.ty, Teaas, be, and the sam.e is hereby, authorized, said stzbdivision and the lots therein to be officially designated as shown by said plat. The fadt that said subdivision has not been oPficially approved and authorized to b efiled heretofore, thus causing question to be raised as to the title to the property contained therein, creates a public amergency requiring that rules and c"er provisions prohibiting passage of a resolution at meeting introduced and requiring submi.ssion of same to a commi.ttee be suspended and the same is accordingly done, and this rest3lution takes effect from and aPter its passage.
