Barnes,, MaYor of tip- City of Parisp be <br />and is hereby autharized ta make and e r into a contract an behalf of The City of Paris <br />with Fred Kirbq by the terms of which, the said Fred Kirby is Per`ma-tted the use of sai.d <br />baLl park for the above pwrpose on ths"`' oL1.owixig conclitionss <br />lo That Fred Kirby and his assigns have the excluaive use of said baseball park for <br />such tines recessary for playing the home gamea said league schedule., and for such train- <br />ing period reasonably neceasary and incident as a member of said league; that he have the <br />consessions inside of sa:i.d ball park for the times and days only that the Paris taam plays <br />in Paria. <br />2. That said basebatl park remain accessible for all basebaLl or other games <br />spon$ored by local citizens and business interests at all times when ru>t required for use <br />by Fred Kirby or his assigns for ,perivds of tra].rii.rip, and "League sahedules. <br />3. The city of Paris retains a71 advertisemont privileges for the year 1946. <br />4.
