Direct Low-Interest Loans/Packages: <br /> land ~ $36,000.00(refinance) & land @ $55,000.00(purchase for expansion), <br /> building construction ~ $1,987,200.00 , <br /> machinery & equipment @ $ 70,400.00 <br /> furniture & fixtures ~ $ 57,600.00 , <br /> working capital ~ $100,000.00 ; and <br /> <br />4.) Amend Zoning Ordinances in order to promote economic development in the zone; and <br /> <br /> 5.) Give prompt consideration to building permit requests; and <br /> <br />6.) Utilization of the Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds for the purpose of <br /> improvements and the payment of professional services related to the construction and <br /> financing of such projects; and <br /> <br /> 7.) Increase Police and Fire Protection for this vulnerable segment of our community; and <br /> <br /> 8.) Reduced Utility Rates on Water and Waste Water by ten (10)%, as well as, the five (5)% <br /> rate reduction rider offered by TXU Electric and Gas, both for seven (7) years: <br /> water and waste water $500.00 ~ 10% rate reduction = $50.00 per month, <br /> electric and gas via TXU $_2,2322)_(l ~ 5% rate reduction = $111.60 per month; <br /> and <br /> <br /> 9.)
