At the meeting of January 16, 2012, <br />Mayor Hashmi asked that this item be discussed once a month, so that citizens would be informed in <br />advance of any proposed amendments to the City Charter. <br />Items brought forward for possible recommended charter amendments are as follows: <br />1. Designation of funds for infrastructure <br />2. Amend sections dealing with power of initiative, power of referendum and recall procedures <br />3.
