Section 2. That Change Order No. Five to the Contract between Bobby Smallwood <br />Construction Co., Inc. and the City of Paris, Texas for the Clarksville Street Downtown <br />Sidewalk Project, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", providing for an amended total contract <br />price of $234,737.60, and a revised project completion date of September 6, 2012, the same <br />is hereby approved. <br />Section 3. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to <br />execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, Change Order No. 5 and any other documents <br />necessary to complete the Project and close out the contract. <br />Section 4.
