(1) Consideration of and possible action on pro rata participation by the City on the extension of Pine Mill Road from 30th Street N.E. to Collegiate Drive. Public hearing to consider levying assessments on benefitted property for a portion of the cost of the expansion of the sanitary sewer line extension for the Cope Addition, Suburban Estates Addition, Golden Acre Addition, and certain tracts in the E. Crow Survey along Meadowlark Street, Mockingbird Street, Cope Street, Pine Mill Road, Thomas Drive, Welch Circle, and 46th Street N.E., thence southerly to tie into the existing City collection system. Consideration of and action on the following ordinances: Levying assessments on benefitted property for a portion of the cost of the expansion of the sanitary sewer line extension for the Cope Addition, Suburban Estates Addition, Golden Acre Addition, and certain tracts in the E. Crow Survey along Meadowlark Street, Mockingbird Street, Cope Street, Pine Mill Road, Thomas Drive, Welch Circle, and 46th Street N.E., and authorizing the City Manager to proceed with the project. Amending Section 16-27 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris to provide a separate fee for large brush pickup and providing for disposal of brush delivered to the City by residents at no additional charge; Amending Section 16-28(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris to reference the fee for large brush pickup. Adopting Section 3-4 to Chapter 3 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, entitled "Proximity of establishments selling Alcoholic beverages to churches, schools, etc., regulated penalty for violation." Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: Awarding the bid and approving and authorizing the execution of a contract for the repair of the Gateway Project entry sign located at the south entrance to Paris.
