Please note <br />that while the costs for individual items listed below may adjust prior to implementation, the <br />total amount per loan for sofl costs will not change. Also, while the activities listed below are <br />normal for the typical project, each project may actually differ in the needs for certain of the <br />services listed below. Therefore, not all services listed below may be performed on every <br />pinject. Where specific services are not required, the sofl costs for that project will be adjusted <br />accordingiy. A[so, TDHCA, ander current rules, will oniy reimburse the City $1,500 for soft <br />costs for each project completed therefore, not all items listed below can be charged to TDHCA <br />for reimbursement on every loan. The costs listed below are the actuai costs estimated to <br />perform the tasks. The total soft cosl charges made to the City for these services will be $1,500 <br />per project. However, if TDHCA requirements and soft cost cap increase, Paris Livin�; will bill <br />soft cost services at the rates listed below. Some or all of the items below may be <br />subcontracted out to other providers. In that instance, Paris Living will still bil] for the total <br />soft costs per loan and subsequently pay for any subcontractor costs. Subcontracting any or all <br />of the items listed below is at the sole discretion of Paris Living. Again please note that the <br />aciivities listed below are nec:essary to each loan c;losing and the costs are besl eslima►cs for <br />completing those tasks. Regardless, lhe total cost to the City, reimbursable by TDHCA will be <br />$1,500 until the cap is raised. <br />
