(If extensions were required, please explain reason for such) There was an extensi� request granted for an additional 6 month period on the prior Main Street project due circumstances arising with the loss of two key personnel in the Community Development department - the Main Street Director and the Community Development Coordinator. b. Is there a relationship between the proposed project and the previous project? Please explain. This project will be a continuation of the previous project. 6.
