Receive report, discuss and possibly act on drainage problem on York Street. 17. Discuss and act on a Resolution approving a professional services contract with Hayter Engineering for the design, plans and specifications for Trail de Paris extension from SE 8�n Street to SW 4`h Street. ' 18. Discuss Cox Field/Paris Airport. 19. Update on a building for the Paris-Lamar County Health Department. 20. Discuss, first reading and possibly act on an Ordinance approving an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with the Sulphur River Regional Mobility Authority and the other participating entities relating to the City funding of the State Highway 24 widening project. 21. Discuss and act on a Resolution approving authorizing the Paris Economic Development Corporation's participation in the Interlocal Agreement with Sulphur River Regional Mobility Authority and Paris Economic Development Corporation's financial commitment to the State Highway 24 widening project. 22. Discuss, conduct public hearing, and act on a Resolution approving and authorizing a Tax Abatement Agreement with Essent Paris Regional Medical Center, L.P., d/b/a Paris Regional Medical Center. 23. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice from the City Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation and/or on matters in which the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflict with this chapter.
