Finance SIB #S2012-005-01 <br />SuRRMA — (Paris District) <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Right of Way and Real Property purchase will be the responsibility of the State under the terms and provisions of <br />Paragraph 13. A of the Master Agreement Goveming Local Transportation Project Advance Funding Agreements <br />(Master Agreement —MAFA) entered into by the Sulphur River Regional Mobility Authority (the "Authority'� and the <br />Texes Department of Transportation in association with the Local Transporfation Project Advance Funding Agreeaunt <br />for A Trensportation, Community, and System Preservation Program Project On System (LPAFA Agreemeat), with the <br />Authority to contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the local participadon cost of the right of way as set out in <br />Paragraph 13. A. of the MAFA and Attachment C of the LPAFA Agreement, which is in addition to previously <br />approved federal and state fimds for the Pmject (as defined in the Agreement). <br />UtiGty adjustment, removal, or relocadon will be under the ternis and provisions of Paragraph 6. of the MAFA, except <br />that the State will be responsible for handliag and coordinaring such utility adjushnent, removal, or relocation of <br />utilities. The Authority is to contribute one hundred percent (100'/0) of the local participation in costs of all eligible <br />reimbwsable utility adjustments, removals, or reloca6ons, which is in addition to previously approved foderal and state <br />funds for the Project. An initial deposit of the estimated costs of such utility adjustments will be made by the Authority <br />in the same manner as set out for right of way costs, in Paragraph 13. A. of the MAFA, and the provisions of said <br />Pazagraph 13.
