2.1 2.2.3 22.4 2.3 2.3.1 2.3.2 2 34 EXHIBIT B SERVICES OF ENGINEER General The Project contemplated herein will consist of replacement of existing sanitary sewers and storm drainage facilities, excluding existing culverts, using design flows developed in tbe City's existing Drainage Master Plan, from the 2300 block of East Price, south and east to just north of the 2600 block of Simpson, ENGINEER shall provide for OWNER professional engineering services as hereinafter provided. These services ~vill include providing professional engineering consultation and advice and furnishing customary civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services, and customary architectural services incidental thereto. preliminar~ Design Pha~e Consult xvith OWNER to clarify and define OWNER'S requirements for the Project and review available data. ,Advise OWNER as to the necessity of OWNER providing or obtaining from others, data or services outside those of ENGINEER described herein, and assist OWNER in obtaining same. Identify and analyze requirements of governmental authorities having jurisdiction to approve the design of the Project and participate in consultations with such authorities Provide topographic type surveying necessary fbi' the design of the project Final IDe~ign Pha~e, Dr~wlngn and ~peeifieatinn Pha~e Prepare final drawings to show the general scope, extent and character of the work of CONTRACTOR ("Drawings"), and Technical Specifications. Provide technical data for OWNER'S use in obtaining approval of govermnental authorities having jurisdiction to approve the design of' the Project, and assist OWNER in consultations with said approval authority. Advise OWNER of any adjustments to the latest opinion of probable Total Project Costs. Prepare for review and approval by OWNER, its legal counsel and other advisors, contract agreement forms, general conditions, and supplementary conditions, and bid 6 of 10
