Field Notes <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamer County, Texa~, b. <br />part of the Joseph Leach Survey, Abstract 524, also including Lot 10, City Block 311, as <br />conveyed to J. D. LaFoy and wife, Freda May LaFoy, by deed recorded in Volume 426, <br />Page 326, of the Lamer County Deed Records; also including Tracts One and <br />conveyed to J. D. LaFoy by deed recorded in Volume 445, Page 005, of the Lamer <br />County Real Property Records, and being further described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a metal post found in the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street <br />at the Northwest corner of said Tract One and the Northeast corner of a tract of land <br />conveyed to Golden Acres, Inc., by deed recorded in Volume 635, Page 201, of the <br />Lamer County Real Property Records; <br /> Thence North 78° 47' 48" East with said South Boundary Line a distance of <br />142.35 feet to an iron pin set at the most Westerly comer of said Tract Two; <br /> Thence North 77° 05' 46" East, continuing with said South Boundary Line, a <br />distance of 63.73 feet to an iron pin set at the Northeast comer of Tract Two and the <br />present Northwest comer of a tract of land conveyed to Springlake Baptist Church by <br />deed recorded in Volume 585, Page 818, of the Lamar County Deed Records; <br /> Thence South 00° 01' 41" West with the East line of Tract Two, the East line of <br />Tract One, the East line of Lot 10, and the West line of said Springlake tract a distance of <br />255.26 feet to a metal post found at the Southeast comer of Lot 10 and the most Easterly <br />Northeast comer of the above-referenced Golden Acres tract; <br /> Thence North 89° 25' 24" West with the South line of Lot 10 and North line of <br />the Golden Acres tract a distance of 199.35 feet to a metal post found at the Southwest <br />corner of Lot 10 and an inside comer of the Golden Acres tract; <br /> Thence North 00° 37' 20" West with the West line of Lot 10, the West line of <br />Tract One, and the East line of the Golden Acres tract a distance of211.37 feet to the <br />place of beginning, and containing 1.072 acre of land. <br /> <br /> Brandon Charier, Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 4057 State~of~q~e..x.'as, <br /> that the abovJ Plat'~md Field Notes de ict and re resent an <br />the ~ound under m} supe~s~on andmnshed ~ ~ 2' I <br /> <br /> <br />
