Approving and authorizing an application for a Regional Solid Waste <br />Grants Program Grantlforflscal year2002 through the Ark-Tex Council <br />of Governments in aooperation with the Texas Natural Resource <br />Conservation Commission. <br />E. Approving and authorizing an application to the Texas Department of <br />Housing and Commun ' ity Affairs for a Community Development Block <br />Grant for acquisition, site clearing, and construction of a community <br />center for the Booker T. Washington Homes. <br />F. Authorizing the City Aktorney to negotiate and the Mayor to execute a <br />professional services Contract with a qualified attorney orattorneys for <br />delinquent tax collectiion services for the City of Paris. <br />THIS ITEM WAS TABLED AT THE NOVEMBER 12, 2001, REGULAR <br />MEETING. SHOULD tHE CITY COUNCIL WISH TO CONSIDER THIS <br />MATTER TODAY, A MOTION TO BRING THIS ITEM FROM THE TABLE <br />IS REQUIRED. <br />G. Authorizing the City Manager and the City Attorney to negotiate, the <br />City Manager to execy'te, and the City Clerk to attest to a Professional <br />Services Contract by 8nd between the City of Paris and Reed, Stowe, <br />& Yanke, Rate Consultants, to perform a water and wastewater rate <br />study for the City of Paris. <br />H. Authorizing the City Manager and the City Finance Director to request <br />proposais for professional services related to the performance of a <br />water lost and unaccounted for study in the City's water accounting <br />and operating systems. <br />
