CITY COUNCII. AGENDA <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session <br />on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the City Council <br />Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted <br />upon are as follows: <br />Opening Agenda <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Regular Agenda <br />2. Presentations from engineering firms Freese & Nichols; Hayter; and KSA <br />regarding a ten year Capital Improvement Plan for the City of Paris. <br />3. Discuss and act on selection of an engineering firm to prepare a ten yeaz Capital <br />Improvement Plan for the Ciry of Paris. <br />4. Discuss the Fire Chief position. <br />5.
