That the Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br />notice of such public hearings to be published once in the <br />newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the <br />above described territorv not more that twenty (20) days nor <br />less than ten (10) days prior to the date of such public <br />hearings, all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation <br />(Chapter 43, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated - Local <br />Government). <br />Section 3.
