ORDINANCE N0. ��-04G AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES1'ABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOTS 4 and 5, CITY BLOCK 112, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO KENNETH BROOKS , SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES UF THE OFFICE D�STRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. }3E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0) , be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 4 and 5, CITY BLOCK 112, on property belonging to KENNETH BROOKS , so as to include in such OFFICE DISTRICT (0) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County af Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Being all of Lots 4 and 5, City Block 112 within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the East Boundary Line of 12th S.E, at the Southwest corner of said lots, said point being North 340 feet from the North Boundary Line of East Sherman Street; Thence North with the East Boundary Line of 12th S.E., 111.5 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of said Lots 4, City Block 112; Thence East, 145 feet more or less to the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; Thence South, 111.5 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of said Lot 5, City Block 112; Thence West, 145 feet more or less to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
