ORDINANCE NO. 88-053 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 112, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DR.PHILLIP SHELTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0) , be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 112, on property belonging to DR.PHILLIP SHELTON, so as to include ir� such OFFICE DISTRICT (0) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Beginning at a point in the East Boundary Line of 12th S.E., said point being South 286.2 feet from the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street, said point being the Northwest corner of Lot 3, City Block 112; Thence East 145 feet to the nartheast corner of said Lot 3; Thence South 70 feet to the 5outheast corner of said Lot 3; Thence West, 145 feet to a point in the East Boundary Line of 12th S.E., said point being the Southwest corner of said Lot 3; Thence North along the East Boundary Line of 12th S.E., 70 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
