Airport Advisory Board <br />October 16, 2001 <br />Page 3 <br />Paul Golden has not attended a meeting since May, 2001. <br />Mark Buster has not attended a meeting since August, 2001. <br />Eric Clifford moved that the Advisory Board recommend that the <br />Mayor send resignation forms to Paul Golden and Mark Buster and <br />then remove Paul Golden and Mark Buster from the Airport <br />Advisory Board and appoint replacement members as soon as <br />possible. The motion was seconded by J. W. Ashmore and passed by <br />unanimous vote. <br />The Airport Advisory Board recommended that the Mayor consider <br />the following persons for appointment to the board: Jay Crowell, <br />Harry Michaelwitz and Jack Ashmore. <br />VIIL Discussion of the Open Meetings Act as it Pertains to the <br />Airport Advisory Board: <br />Members are advised that they may make recommendations for <br />agenda items for the next meeting at the end of each regular <br />meeting. All other agenda items must be sent to Tommy Haynes one <br />week prior to the next regular meeting. <br />IX. The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m. <br />J. W. Ashmore, Recorder <br />
