A. PHILOSOPHY OF THE FIRM <br />McCreary, Veselka, Bragg & Allen, P.C., as a law firm, has been engaged exclusively <br />in the practice of property tax law since 1960 with emphasis on delinquent property tax <br />collections. The main office of MVBA is in Austin, with branch offices in Denton, <br />Georgetown, Waco, Longview, Abilene, San Angelo, San Marcos, Seguin and Victoria. <br />MVBA currently represents over 450 taxing units in the collection of delinquent property <br />taxes. These taxing units include school districts, cities, counties, appraisal districts, and <br />other special taxing districts of all sizes. <br />At the present time, MVBA has 91 employees consisting of 10 Attorneys, 34 Legal <br />Assistants, and support staff of 47. Each member of our staff is dedicated to delivering <br />the highest level of personal service to each of our clients. <br />Our philosophy is predicated on the premise that every taxpayer should and will be treated <br />as a human being. Every call and letter will be answered. All the help and assistance, <br />short of legal advice, will be provided to the taxpayer.
