A certified public accountant, Mr. Allen formerly worked on the audit staff of Arthur <br />Andersen & Co., Certified Public Accountants, in Houston. He has participated in <br />numerous audit engagements involving Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Allen is a member <br />of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. <br />Mr. Allen, from Houston, Texas, graduated from Spring Woods High School. He attended <br />Baylor University and obtained a B.A. degree in 1975. Mr. Allen entered graduate <br />school and received a Masters in Business Administration degree in 1977. After working <br />in public accounting, he returned to Baylor University School of Law and received <br />a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1981. Mr. Allen is a member of the State Bar of <br />Texas and is admitted to practice in Federal Courts. Mr. Allen has three sons and is <br />a member of Hyde Park Baptist Church where he has served as a deacon and has served <br />as the Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Church. He has also served on the Board <br />of the Parent-Teacher Association of his sons' elementary school. His interests include <br />golf, fishing and travel. <br />GILBERT T. BRAGG is originally from Baltimore, Maryland where his father was a <br />Baptist minister. Mr. Bragg attended Baylor University on a United States Air Force <br />ROTC scholarship. He received a B.B.A. degree in 1972 along with a commission as a <br />Second Lieutenant in the Air Force. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from <br />the Baylor University School of Law in 1973. After graduation from law school, he was <br />promoted to the rank of Captain. He was a Judge Advocate at Bergstrom Air Force Base <br />in Austin from 1974 until 1978. <br />Mr. Bragg joined the Firm in 1978. He has handled all phases of delinquent tax collection <br />litigation. He is the managing partner for the County of Denton and County of Comal. <br />He is a member of the Property Tax Section of the State Bar of Texas. <br />Mr. Bragg and his wife have one son who is a Senior at Texas A& M University. They <br />are active members of Hyde Park Baptist Church where Mr. Bragg serves as a deacon, <br />Church Trustee (Past President), and is a Past Chairman of the Personnel Committee of <br />the Church. <br />McCreary, Veselka, Bragg & Allen <br />31 <br />
