Suggested Performance Measures <br />The firm believes that the District should use a minimum measure of <br />at least forty-five percent (45%) base taxes collected of current yeaz <br />turnover in the first twelve months after the delinquent taates are <br />referred on July 1. We have maintained a rate of over fifty percent <br />(50%) collected on first year turnover for the majority of our clients <br />and we believe that we will successfully maintain our high collection <br />rates on behalf of your District. <br />The Firm Wilf Not Represent <br />The firm will not represent any party adverse to the District for the <br />tenn of the contract. <br />Compensation <br />The proposed percentage to be paid to the Firm as compensation for <br />all seroices set forth herein is fifteen percent (15%) of the total <br />amount of taxes, penalties, and interest as suthorized by Secrion <br />33A7, 33.08 and/or Section 33.48 of the Texas Properiy Tax Code. <br />This fee, which is actually paid to and collected by the District's taac <br />office as attomey's fees, are paid entirely by the delinquent taacpayer. <br />The fifteen percent (15%) of the total amount of delinquent taxes, <br />penalties and interest will be charged to the delinquent taapayer to <br />defray the costs of collection pursuant to the Code, thus resulting in a <br />one hundred percent (100%) recovery of the delinquent taxes, <br />penalties and interest to the District. <br />Employment Statement <br />Perdue, Brandoq Fielder, Collins & Mott, L.L.P. pledges a <br />commitment to a policy of employment, training and promotion, <br />without regazd to race, creed, religion, sex, age or national origin. <br />The firm, in recognition of its social, moral and economic obligations <br />to a11 minority groups, has for many years followed the policy thai <br />there shall be no discrimination due to race, creed, religion, sex, <br />handicap, age or national origin with respect to economic opportunity <br />with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, L.L.P.
