Ch. 1/-7 City ofParisProposal-ManagementTeam 11. Management Team Our firm has an office in Tyler to serve City of Paris clients and taxpayers. Our Tyler office personnel will support the day-to-day collection strategies authorized by your collection management team to meet the specific work plan for maximizing City of Pazis collections. They will also provide personalized attention to the needs of the city's taxpayers who want to resolve their delinquent taxes. Our Tyler office is staffed by over 20 professionals, including attorneys, pazalegals, litigation assistants, collectors, reseazchers, data specialists, and administrative personnel. In addition, this office is part of Linebazger Heard's strong statewide network of offices. Linebazger Heazd's collection program is the combined effort of our attorneys and collection employees, baukniptcy and management teams, computer professionals, and administrators from our 20 offices throughout the State. PROPOSED MANAGEMENT TEAM In summary, the City of Paris has the potential to contract with the strongest collection team available to work on its delinquent tax accounts. Our combined workforce of 600 plus employees, including more than 70 attorneys, represents a formidable collection force, one with considerable experience and broad expertise in the azea of tax collections. THE CITY OF PARIS COLLECTION SUPPORT TEAM Collectors: This team oversees all aspects of collections, from ordering and monitoring all delinquent tax mailings to arranging and collecting payments from taxpayers.
