Shawn Napier, P.E. <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />November 21, 2001 <br /> <br />Request to abandon 20 foot alley from 13th St. N.W. to 14th St. N.W. between <br />Bonham Street and Maple Avenue <br /> <br />I have reviewed the resolution for the above referenced alley abandonment. The alley contains a <br />sanitary sewer line and is used for drainage, therefore a 20 foot Utility & Drainage easement <br />would be required.
