forty-five (45) miles per hour at all times; thence in a southerly direction a distance of approximately <br />0.486 miles, the speed limit shall be forty (40) miles per hour at all times; thence in a southerly <br />direction a distance of approximately 0.614 miles, the speed limit shall be thirty (30) miles per hour <br />at all times except that a school speed limit of twenty (20) miles per hour will be effective on school <br />days only at the school crossing zone, from approximate highway milepoint 22.014 to milepoint <br />22.304 only during the following hours: <br />From forty-five (45) minutes before school opens until classes begin; from the <br />beginning to the end of the lunch period, if needed; and for a thirty (30) minute period <br />beginning at the close of school; <br />to the intersection of Business US 82-H and Bonham Street; as evidenced by the attached plan which <br />is hereby approved and made a part thereof. <br />Section 5. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not to exceed Two Hundred <br />and no/100 Dollars ($200.00). <br />Section 6. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed to the extent of such conflict only. <br />Section 7. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its date of <br />passage and publication as required by law and after the installation of speed limit signs. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 14th day of January, 2002. <br />Michael J.
