My ana(yses, opinions, and condusions were developed, and this report hus been prepared, in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice; the Code of Professional Ethics and the Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute; and the Code of Ethics of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. The use of Ihis report is subject to the requirements of the Appraisul Instimte and the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers relating to review by its duly authorized representatives. As of the date of this report, W. P. Murphy has completed the requirements of the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute. The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers conducts a manda[ory program of continuing education. W. P. Murphy is current with the requirements of the program. The appraiser has made a personal inspection of the property that is the subject of this report. No one provided significant professional assistance to the person signing the report.
