Section 2. That the waiver of the City of Paris's eligibility to apply for a Juvenile <br />Accountability Incentive Block Grant and designating Lamar County as the recipient of the allocated <br />amount be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br />Section 3. That the form of the 7uvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Waiver of <br />Application, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br />Section 4. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, <br />on behalf of the City of Paris, the 7uvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Waiver of <br />Application, under the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein for all purposes. <br />Section 5. That the City of Paris's participation in the Juvenile Crime Enforcement Coalition <br />created by Lamar County be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br />Section 6. That the Chief of the Paris Police Department be, and he is hereby, appointed to <br />serve as the representative of the City of Paris on the Lamar County Juvenile Crime Enforcement <br />Coalition. <br />Section 7.
