Participation in the National Main <br />Sireet Network connects ]ocal programs to their counterparts throughout the nation, providing <br />them with valuable information resources. <br />These Ten Criteria aze mandatory for eligibility as a Texas Main Street city. <br />The City of Paris's Main Street Manager will attend at least two of the training opportunities. <br />The City of Paris is accepting Official Graduate Main Street City status with the understanding and <br />agreement that they will apply the Main Street approach in their downtown revitalization program for the <br />period, January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002. <br />The appropriate stipend is due by December 31, 2001. <br />The Texas Main Sueet Center and the City of Paris's relationship described above is hereby agreed to by <br />the undersigned: <br />Ciry Manager, Ciry of Paris Date <br />Kay Harvey-Mosley, State Coordinator Date <br />Texas Main Sireet Program <br />Community Heritage Development Division <br />F.
