Discussion and Consideration of Recommendation to Amend the <br />Private Hangar Policy Now in Effect: <br />Eric Clifford moved to table this item; seconded by Victor Abeles <br />and passed unanimously. <br />V. Status of New Hangar Construction: <br />Mr. Haynes reported hangars are in final stage of construction. Two <br />inch asphalt layer to be completed as soon as weather permits; may <br />be laid on December 19. Punch list will be developed and <br />construction will be finished shortly. <br />VI. Discussion and Recommendation Regarding Tenant Policy for New <br />Hangars: <br />After discussion of various options, the board recommends to the <br />city council the following: <br />Eric Clifford moved to award hangars according to the closed <br />waiting list; motion seconded by J.B. Richey and passed by a <br />vote of five to two. Mr. Ashmore and Mr. Proctor voted <br />against the proposal. <br />VIL Recommended Agenda Items for the Next Board Meeting: <br />A. Discussion and consideration of recommendation to amend the <br />private hangar policy now in effect. <br />B. Raised concrete floors for hangars 7, 9, 11, 13 (bi-fold door <br />hangars) by 3" to allow for drainage when it rains. <br />C. Report of January 14, 2002, Council decision on tenant policy <br />for new hangars. <br />IX. The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m. <br />
