MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Chairman and Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Jeanna Scott, Assistant Building Official <br />SUBJECT: Zoning Change Request <br />DATE: October 29, 2012 <br />The following zoning change request will be presented at the November 5, 2012, meeting <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the November 26, 2012, meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Paris for consideration: <br />Lee Wilson is requesting a change in zoning from a Commercial District (C) to a <br />Commercial District (C) with a Specific Use Permit (54) mini storage warehouse, on Part <br />of Lot 5-A, City Block 307, being number 2685 North Main Street. Mr. Wilson currently <br />has a 42,430 square foot mini storage warehouse located on this property; he is proposing <br />to add an additional 17,000 square feet of mini storage warehouses.
