Main. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />Greg Caton, of Tyler, Texas, spoke in favor of the petition requesting <br />a billboard sign permit for the Texaco service station. <br /> <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition of Greg Caton for a change <br />in zoning from a Commercial District (C) to a Commercial District (C) <br />With Specific Use Permit (52) Signs and Billboards, Lot 5, City Block <br />307, being number 2805 N. Austin. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />There svas no one present to speak in favor of the petition. <br /> <br />Joe Collins, 737 E. Austin spoke in opposition to the petition stating that <br />he wasn't sure of what the zoning change would do to his property <br />svhich is located next door. Mr. Collins stated that he was interested in <br />purchasing the property but the Realtors were not very helpful. <br /> <br /> <br />
