JOE CHAMY IS REQUESTING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - b (PD-b) AND <br /> SINGLE FANULY THREE (SF-3) ON THIS PROPERTY LOCATED FROM 13TM. <br /> S.W. TO 19TM. S.W. ON WEST WASHINGTON STREET. MR. CHAMY HAS A <br /> CONTRACT TO BUY THIS PROPERTY FROM J.R. LANE PENDING THE <br /> ZONING CHANGE AND HIS OBTAINING A GRANT TO BUILD HIS PROJECT. <br /> MR. CHAMY WANTS TO SPLIT THIS PROPERTY INTO TWO TRACTS WITH <br /> THE 9 ACRES OFF OF 13TM. S.W. BEING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AND <br /> THE 11 ACRES OFF OF 19TM. S.W. BEING S1NGLE FAMILY. MR. CHAMY HAS <br /> NO INTENTIONS OF DEVELOPING THE 11 ACRES AND WILL TRY TO SELL <br /> THIS TRACT LATTER. MR. CHAMY TRIED TO REZONE THIS PROPERTY <br /> LAST FEBRUARY AND WAS TURNED DOWN BY P&Z, HE WITHDREW HIS <br /> PETITION BEFORE IT WENT TO CITY COUNCIL. MR. CHAMY IS TRYING <br /> TO GET A GRANT TO BUILD THIS PROJECT AND NEEDS THE ZONING TO <br /> OBTAIN IT. THE ONLY PROBLEM I SEE HERE IS THAT MR. CHAMY IS NOT <br /> GUARANTEED THE GRANT AND IF ZONING IS CHANGED WE MAY BE <br /> STUCK WITH SOMETHING THAT THE CITIZENS IN THE AREA DON'T <br /> WANT. <br /> <br />TRACY CLAY IS REQUESTING SINGLE FAMILY THREE (SF-3) ZONING <br />WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOMES ON THIS LOT <br />LOCATED IN THE 300 BLOCK OF BROWN STREET. MRS. CLAY IS THE <br />AGENT FOR THE OWNER WHO WANTS TO PLACE A DOUBLE WIDE <br />MOBILE HOME THERE. ON MY SURVEY OF THE AREA I DID NOT SEE <br />ANY OTHER MOBILE HOMES CLOSE TO THIS LOCATION. <br /> <br />3. THE COUNTY IS REQUESTING THE CITY TO CLOSE EAST PRICE STREET <br /> ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE COURTHOUSE.
