The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2001-198, awarding the bid and authorizing the execution of <br />a contract for the Replacement of an 8" Water Main at Cox Field Airport to B. <br />Bray Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $46, 826.50, was presented. <br />A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, seconded by Councilman <br />Carter, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2001-200, authorizing and directing the City Manager to <br />execute on behalf of the City of Paris, a lease purchase agreement upon such <br />terms and conditions as contained therein, at the price of $169,958.00, plus <br />interest at the rate of 5.48% and costs, financing the purchase of one (1) model <br />year 2002, 4-wheeled excavator for use in the Parks and Rights-of-Way <br />Division of the Public Works Department, was presented. A motion was made <br />by Councilman Plata, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, for approval of <br />the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2001-201, authorizing and directing the City Manager to <br />execute on behalf of the City of Paris, a Lease Purchase Agreement upon such <br />terms and conditions as contained therein, at the price of $95,849.00, plus <br />interest at the rate of 5.574% and costs, financing the purchase of one (1) <br />model year 2002 oil distributor truck for use in the Parks and Street Division <br />of the Public Works Department, was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, for approval of <br />the resolution.
