Being all that certain tract of land situated in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Wesley Askins Survey, Abstract No. 7, a part of the 100.0 acre tract of land conveyed to D. Wayne Brown, et al, by deed recorded in Volume 939, Page 31 of the Lamar County Real Properly Records, and a part of the 121.76 acre tract of land conveyed to D. Wayne Brown, et al, by deed recorded in Volume 949, Page 296 of the Lamar County Real Property Records, and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin found for corner at the intersection of the northwest line of F.M. Highway 195 with the northeast line of County Road 42250, the southwest corner of said 121.76 acres; THENCE North 58° 00' 45" West with said northeast line a distance of 1264.30 feet to an iron pin found at the southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Michael S. Kennedy by deed recorded in Volume 1007, Page 327 of the Lamar County Real Property Records and in the northwest line of proposed Abby Lane; THENCE North 45° 38' 18" East with the southeast line of said Kennedy tract and said northwest line a distance of 567.17 feet to an iron pin found at the southeast corner of the Kennedy tract; THENCE Northerly with the center of a creek along the east line of the Kennedy tract the following: North 14° 36' 50" West a distance of 68.10 feet; North 43° 52' West a distance of 176.41 feet; North 11° 23' 50" West a distance of 52.37 feet; North 30° 26' 55" West a distance of 53.16 feet; North 04° 48' East a distance of 59.88 feet; North 17° 42' 20" East a distance of 48.93 feet; North 19° 31' OS" West a distance of 21.07 feet; North 31 ° 18' 40" West a distance of 38.21 feet to an iron pin found at the northeast corner of the Kennedy tract; THENCE North 71° 30' East a distance of 149.82 feet to a point painted on a manhole for corner; THENCE South 58° 36' 30" East a distance of 203.47 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE North 45° 47' 14" East a distance of 294.24 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE South 44° 12' 46" East a distance of 58.31 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE North 51 °05'37" East a distance of 208.93 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE South 38° 54' 23" East a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE South 51° OS' 37" West a distance of 59.26 feet to an iron pin set for corner;
