THENCE South 38° 54' 23" East a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pin set <br />for corner in the north line of Lot 8, Block D of The Hills No. l as shown by plat <br />recorded in Envelope 354-C of the Lamar County Plat Records, said point being <br />located in the existing city limit line of the city of Paris as described in Ordinance No. <br />2001-013, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris on March 12, <br />2001; <br />THENCE South 51° OS' 37" West with said north line and along the existing <br />Paris city limit line as described in said Ordinance No. 2001-013 a distance of 70.13 <br />feet to an iron pin found at the northwest corner of said Lot 8, in the north line of <br />Darnell Drive and in a curve to the right having a radius of 384.25 feet; <br />THENCE Westerly with said existing Paris city limit line and said north line <br />and curve to the right, long chord bears North 72° 32' West a distance of 2.36 feet, <br />an arc distance of 2.36 feet to an iron pin found for corner; <br />THENCE South 17° 33' 3 0 " West with the west line of The Hills No. l and <br />said existing Paris city limit line, at 50.00 feet passing the northwest corner of Lot 10, <br />Block C, continuing in all a distance of 241.89 feet to an iron pin found at the <br />southwest corner of said Lot 10; <br />THENCE South 56° 53' 12" East with the south line of The Hills No. 1 and <br />said existing City limit line a distance of 256.24 feet to an iron pin found at the most <br />southerly corner of Lot 9, Block C, and in the north line of a tract of land conveyed <br />to Steven G. Shoemake by deed recorded in Volume 1047, Page 221 of the Lamar <br />County Real Property Records; <br />THENCE South 49° 10' 30" West with the north line of said Shoemake tract, <br />at 226.34 feet passing the northwest corner of the Shoemake tract and northeast <br />corner of a tract of land conveyed to Charles Tonne by deed recorded in Volume <br />1023, Page 190 of the Lamar County Real Properly Records, continuing in all a <br />distance of 518.17 feet to an iron pin set for corner; <br />THENCE North 51° 44' 25" West a distance of 502.23 feet to an iron pin set <br />for corner in the southeast line of proposed Abby Lane; <br />THENCE South 45° 38' 18" West with said southeast line a distance of <br />498.87 feet to an iron pin set for corner; <br />THENCE South 58° 00' 48" East, at 408.98 feet passing the northwest corner <br />of a tract of land conveyed to Norman Montgomery, Jr. by deed recorded in Volume <br />1073, Page 333, continuing with the southwest line of said Montgomery tract in all <br />a distance of 1201.37 feet to an iron pin found in the northwest line of F.M. Highway <br />195 at the southwest corner of the Montgomery tract; <br />THENCE South 42° 23' 33" West with said northwest line a distance of 20.33 <br />feet to the place of beginning and containing 14.310 (called 14.526) acres of land, <br />more or less, <br />be, and the same is hereby, granted. <br />Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage. <br />
